PRICEMYHOME, in providing you with a sales or rental valuation (“Valuation”) (as opposed to a full market appraisal) does not visit your property but instead estimates the value of your property based on the information supplied by you and by using a number of third party sources. PRICEMYHOME cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or errors in such third party information. Any Valuation may vary significantly from any valuation provided by an estate or letting agent following a full market appraisal.

PRICEMYHOME provide the information that you supply for the purpose of obtaining a full market appraisal (“Market Appraisal”) to third party estate/letting agents ("Estate Agents") who have experience in providing market appraisals for residential properties.

All quotations obtained from this website for conveyancing, property survey or removal services ("Quotations") are provided by third party providers of conveyancing, property survey or removal services ("Suppliers") and should you wish to proceed with any Quotation the relevant Supplier will contact you direct to discuss your requirements and provide you with a formal quotation.

PRICEMYHOME comply with the Solicitor’s Introduction and Referral Code 1990 (as amended) published by the Law Society, and any solicitor to whom PRICEMYHOME may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor.

All requests for mortgage advice services ("Mortgage Services") are forwarded to Mortgage Link (Midlands) Limited ("Mortgage Link") and Mortgage Link will contact you direct to discuss your requirements.

In using this website you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) PRICEMYHOME is not authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority but is a nominated introducer of Mortgage Link, a company that is an appointed representative of Personal Touch Financial Services Limited, a company that is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority;

(b) PRICEMYHOME does not provide any financial advice, investment advice or advice on mortgage products. All requests for Mortgage Advice are forwarded to Mortgage Link;

(c) PRICEMYHOME may receive a referral fee for each referral to a solicitor which results in an instruction for that solicitor’s practice to provide conveyancing services;

(d) the service provided by PRICEMYHOME via its website is made available to you solely to enable you to communicate information and permit you to obtain Valuations, Market Appraisals, Quotations, Mortgage Advice and other information from Suppliers;

(e) PRICEMYHOME will not be a party to any transaction or contract that you subsequently enter into with any Estate Agent, Supplier or with Mortgage Link (such transactions or contracts being subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Estate Agent or Supplier or Mortgage Link) and PRICEMYHOME will not be responsible or liable for any products or services provided by any such Estate Agent or Supplier or by Mortgage Link;

(f) PRICEMYHOME will not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or incompleteness in any Valuation, Market Appraisal, Quotation or in any Mortgage Services;

(g) all Valuations and Quotations are based solely on the information provided by you;

(h) all Valuations and Quotations are estimates only;

(i) Quotations shall not be binding in any way and shall not constitute an offer capable of acceptance by you;

(j) whilst PRICEMYHOME use reasonable endeavours to ensure that information relating to Suppliers' services and the cost of such services is updated regularly, this information is not updated on a daily basis and it is your responsibility to verify any prices and Quotations with Suppliers;

(k) PRICEMYHOME shall not be responsible if any Estate Agent, Supplier or Mortgage Link refuses or fails to provide a Market Appraisal, Quotation or Mortgage Advice (as appropriate) for any reason;

(l) PRICEMYHOME shall not be responsible for your use of a Valuation, Market Appraisal, Quotation or Mortgage Advice or the consequences of decisions made by you on the basis of a Valuation, Market Appraisal, Quotation or Mortgage Advice; and

(m) all and any time frames set out in this website for responding to any requests for a Valuation, Market Appraisal, Quotation or Mortgage Advice or other enquiry shall be an estimate only.

The content of and your use of this website and your relationship with PRICEMYHOME are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of your use of or the publication of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Permission is granted only electronically to copy and/or print in hard copy portions of this website for personal non-commercial purposes. In order for PRICEMYHOME to monitor the provision of services to you by such Estate Agents, Suppliers and/or Mortgage Link, PRICEMYHOME will, from time to time, be provided with certain information by Estate Agents, Suppliers and/or Mortgage Link relating to the services provided to you by them and updates as to the progress of those services (including exchange and completion dates, sale price and rental income). By submitting these details and agreeing to PRICEMYHOME’s terms and conditions you are giving your express consent to this information being shared with such Suppliers in this way.

It is PRICEMYHOME’s policy to take all necessary steps to ensure that personal information held is processed fairly and lawfully. PRICEMYHOME will take all necessary steps to implement this policy.
